If you are interested in coming on board with us, then the initial step is to give us a call and we’ll have a brief, informal chat to find out a little bit about you and your business.
We’ll send you a really simply questionnaire to complete as some preparation work before we meet fully. Don’t worry, we’ll check in with you to see how you’re getting on with it, even as a potential client, we’ll treat you exactly like our signed-up clients and keep in touch.
Then comes “The Meeting”. Again, it’s not our style to sit formally around a boardroom table. We’ll go through your needs, look at your goals and advise which package will suit you best. Actually, what we’re really doing is seeing if we are an ideal fit for each other. There’s no I in team after all.
Ideally, we like to meet face to face but since the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are even more accessible to our clients and can hold the meeting virtually too over Zoom. The downside with Zoom is that we can’t ply you with endless coffee and chocolate biscuits in person, but our relaxed approach will most definitely be there.
We like to think that our service packages are relatively transparent, but no two companies are the same. That would be boring. So, we would fully review your situation at the meeting and look at all aspects of your business
